1. General

  1. All cosmetic products sold on this website are officially registered with the Dubai Municipality and comply with UAE laws and regulations.

  2. All products are imported from Korea and labeled as Made in Korea.

  3. All prices listed on the website include VAT and other applicable taxes.

2. Product Information

  1. We make every effort to ensure that all product information, images, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.

  2. Due to differences in display devices, colors may vary slightly.

  3. All products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes; discontinue use if irritation occurs.

  4. Product availability is subject to stock; we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in case of unforeseen circumstances.

3. Orders and Payments

  1. Payment must be completed at the time of order via the available payment methods.

  2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in accordance with UAE laws.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  1. We deliver cosmetic products within the UAE only.

  2. Orders over 100 AED placed before 3 PM qualify for next-day delivery and free shipping.

  3. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

  4. We take all reasonable care to ensure products are delivered safely. In case of damage during shipping, please contact us immediately. Responsibility for the product passes to the customer upon receipt.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchange

  1. All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law.

  2. Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes creams, serums, masks, makeup, and other skincare items.

  3. Refunds will not be provided for products that do not suit your skin, as this is considered a change of mind.

  4. To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

    • The product must be defective, damaged, or materially not as described.

    • You must notify us within 8 Hours of delivery with clear photo & video evidence.

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels intact, unless damage or defect prevents normal packaging return.

  5. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days and returned via the original payment method.

  6. Return shipping costs may apply unless the product was defective or incorrect.

6. Skin Safety & Allergies

  1. Products may contain ingredients that could cause allergies in sensitive individuals.

  2. Please read the ingredient list before use.

  3. Test a small amount on your skin if you have sensitive skin or a history of allergies.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on this website, including images, logos, product descriptions, and design, is owned by BySeoul L.L.C-FZ

  2. Copying, distributing, or using our content without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability
