  • All products are imported from Korea and labeled as Made in Korea.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Payment must be completed at the time of order via available payment methods.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in accordance with UAE laws.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver cosmetic products within the UAE only.
  • Orders over AED 100 qualify for next-day delivery and free shipping.
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Responsibility for the product passes to the customer upon receipt. Contact us immediately for any damage during shipping.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchange

  • Returns and refunds are handled according to the UAE Consumer Protection Law.
  • Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Refunds will not be provided for products that do not suit your skin.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method
