Returns, Refunds & Exchange

  1. All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law.

  2. Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes creams, serums, masks, makeup, and other skincare items.

  3. Refunds will not be provided for products that do not suit your skin, as this is considered a change of mind.

  4. To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

    • The product must be defective, damaged, or materially not as described.

    • You must notify us within 8 Hours of delivery with clear photo & video evidence.

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels intact, unless damage or defect prevents normal packaging return.

  5. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days and returned via the original payment method.

  6. Return shipping costs may apply unless the product was defective or incorrect.
